Ottoman village complex comprises of 124 detached and semi-detached villas built over a 70,000 sqm plot. The villas were built as a mixture of traditional Ottoman and Mediterranean style. Every villa has a view of the forests, mountains and/or the sea and guarantees relaxation in a peaceful place. You can choose from 4 villa types from 144 to 300sqm. All units are fitted with kitchen including white goods (fridge&freezer, cook, oven, extractor, washing machine and dishwasher), air-condition in every room, fitted bathrooms, shutters on the windows and a safety-lock entrance door. Beside the standard, most of villas offer extra features for your ultimate comfort.
The project was divided into 4 phases, where all are now completed. There are many leisure facilities in the complex that are at your disposal for free utilisation. The villas are approximately 2 km from one of best beaches in the Turkish Riviera – Incekum beach with fine sand, blue sea, beach bars and water sports facilities.There is a shuttle service to and from the beach for the villa owners during the summer.
