According to the information received today from the municipality of Alanya, the annual tax for owners of residential property is being increased since March up to 110%. The tax is calculated according to cadastral value of the property. It means that if last year you paid for the apartment, for example, 100 TL, in 2015 you have to pay 210 TL.
